I had a bad reaction from a tooth extraction and when I tell you they treated me as family, that's just what they did. I received a phone call just to see how I was doing and it really lifted my spirits. It wasn't a follow up call that they usually do, this one was not prompt at all it was truly genuine. I can't say enough about this wonderful facility and it's staff but to tell you that you will be well taken care of from the minute you walk in and greeted as family. ❤️Had another follow up and my family greeted me with such love. My tech Eric is awesome! We chatted about my journey since my teeth extraction and he was so attentive and laughed at my silliness. We took a selfie before I left💜. This is the BEST dental office you’ll find in Fort Worth, hands down! The entire staff at this office is SUPER welcoming. I was coming in as a new patient, but they were greeting me with the kindness of a long-time friend. Deborah is the dental hygienist who took care of my teeth when I came in, and she was gentle, thorough, and made sure to answer any questions I had for her. I am in the healthcare profession and have been involved within the dental field for over a decade. Dr. Cook, Dr. Pope, and Dr. Petta are all stellar doctors of dental surgery, and the dental hygienists Deborah and Sonia always maintain professionalism and kindness to every patient and coworker. The dental assistants are outstanding and are excellent at taking the initiative to provide ethical service and quality care to patients. The front desk ladies, Westin, Cheyenne, and Leslie are sweet, sensitive and empathetic towards patients needs and preferences, and are wonderful communicators with patients and staff. Everyone seems to be happy working and that’s a huge sign, in my opinion, that the office considers one another family and all truly care about each and every person that walks through the door. I am proud to be included in the Polished Family Dental family!!!

I had a great experience on my visit to Polished Dental in Ft Worth, TX. Not only did my crowns and fillings get done, but I laughed real hard and took several pictures with the Dental Staff there. That was the most fun I’ve had at ANY Dentist I’ve ever been to and I’m 52 years old. All of Polished equipment is state of the art. They also have 2 TV’s, that’s right - TWO TV’s in each room. One on the wall and another on the ceiling, so when the Dentist lays you back you can watch TV. Being a Veteran, I was thanked for my service which most people never say. It was just an all around good experience. Thank you Polished Dental.

I absolutely love my dentist! My family has been coming to Polished Family Dental for years now and we haven't had a bad visit. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Appointments are easy in and out, pricing is honest, cleanings are thorough, my daughter actually loves them!In all the years I’ve only had to wait one time to be called back only because there was a dental emergency walk in, but I totally understood. It was only 10min, which is nothing. That’s just how great they are with patient care. I’ve been able to come right in with an emergency myself with no problem. Highly recommend if you’re nervous of the dentist like I use to be bcs they make sure you’re comfortable every time. See you guys in 6 months!

I have a fear of going to the Dentist. As I enter Polish Family Dental I was at ease. My nerves calmed down. I like how they have little water falls to help ease and calme your mind. I went cause I was having tooth pain. I saw DrJeremy Pope and his Assistant Ashia made me feel at ease and very helpful explaining why I was tooth pain and came up with a Plan. So on 3/7/24 I go back for teeth work. The staff is very friendly and the Ladies at front very friendly and helpful as well to tell you how much insurance will coverI highly recommend this place.

VA referred me to Polished Family Dental. Had a few cavities and wasn't able to see a dentist for quite some time due to the pandemic. Their staff was awesome, very friendly, very professional and I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. They would even call me if there was a cancellation for the next day to try to get me in sooner.

I have been searching for a new dentist since I left my private practice dentist 1 year ago. I received a flyer in the mail from Polished Family Dental, made an appointment, went in for a cleaning and had the best experience I have ever had. There are 3 dentists and I met Dr. Pope who recommended cosmetic fillings for 2 teeth that had eroded over time with brushing at a future appointment. I went in and had the work done and couldn’t be happier with the service and results. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and prices are pretty good as well. I would definitely recommend Polished Family Dental to anyone seeking a good dentist that doesn’t charge private practice prices.

Had my bottom wisdom teeth removed, painless procedure, timely fashion and on my second day I was able to stop taking pain meds. Also not swollen or in pain at all. 10/10 would highly recommend. Not too mention the women at the front desk are very friendly and personable.
