The VA sent me to first dentist and the service was not good. I ask for another dentist and the VA sent me to Polished Family Dental. In Ft. Worth. I have received very courteous and professional care. I would not use any one else, and I live 80 miles away…….

New patient. Everyone was so professional and the wait was minimal. The cleaning was thorough and the offices were clean, decorated nicely and modern. This office is very well kept, the staff are very welcoming, friendly and extremely professional, not to mention the willingness to go above and beyond for the care of their patients new and returning. From the moment you walk in to Polished Family Dental, the staff is friendly and welcoming—they make you feel right at home. What I appreciate most is how punctual they are. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes past my appointment time, and the regular appointment reminders are helpful as well. My experience has been that the staff is very thorough-whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure, they won’t do a subpar job. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the quality of their work and their patients’ comfort. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and kind dental office.

My first visit was great! Dr. Pope and the staff are professional and courteous. The office is clean and calm and I loved there is a TV on the ceiling above the exam chair! Definitely recommend Dr Pope and Polished dental!

I always have a great experience with Polished Family Dental! The entire staff is incredibly kind and takes their time to give you great care. Today I received laser gum treatment and the dentist and hygienist took their time to explain the procedure and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Polished Family Dental!

Update: I met with a new hygienist, Christine, this week. She listened to me, my history and concerns, and advocated for me. Dr. Pope trusted me in how I care for my dental health and agreed with her which saved me from having a deep cleaning. They are the best! Weston and Cheyenne too!

Christina, Ashley, and Dr Pope took amazing care of both my Wife and I, we haven’t been the greatest about going to the dentist the last few years, and decided now was a great time to get our dental health in check.Everyone at Polished Dental made us feel safe considering we both have anxiety related to going to the dentist…Not at Polished! They made everything so smooth and reassuring for us, we will not go anywhere else from here on out. They know how to run a proper office & treat patients with care like you are their family member.If I could give more than 5 stars I would.The ladies at the front desk are amazing and so helpful and kind as well!!

Really great experience here! Staff was immediately friendly at the front desk, gave me a new-patient gift, and were right on time with my appointment. The dentist and assistants explained my treatment plan and got me scheduled for my next appointment. Since I have some more advanced teeth issues, they got me in within the next 2 weeks, which I appreciated! They also outlined exactly what the cost of the next service would be, very transparent. Office was clean and all staff were super positive/respectful.

I was referred to Polished Family Dental by the Department of Veterans Affairs because the VA was unable to accommodate us veterans. Due to the VA's shortcomings, facilities like Polished Family Dental step in to provide care. 🦷I can honestly say that I was thrilled to end up at Polished Dental. They treated me with such kindness, making me feel welcome and worry-free, without any judgment about my government origin. 😊I've been part of this program before, and my experiences at other dental offices were far from pleasant. The front staff was unwelcoming, and while the doctors were competent, they didn’t provide the same level of care that I received here. The doctor at Polished Family Dental is not only excellent at her job but also an incredibly kind person. 🌟If you haven't yet found a dental facility where you feel valued and genuinely cared for, I highly recommend visiting Polished Family Dental. I'm so pleased that Veterans Affairs has this high-quality option available for us. 👍

I am so glad I found this dentist!!I’ve been looking for a new dentist since my dentist passed away from Cancer. It’s a challenge for me because I had a lot of dental work done as a child which makes me extremely nervous going to a new dentist and I can tell during the first visit how they treat their patients and if they are invested in making sure their patients are taken care of successfully and this dentist has promise. My first visit was so thorough and they give new patients a nice soft t-shirt which you want to wear when you are happy with the care you’re given -now I’m looking forward to going to my dentist again

I was super scared to go to the dentist but with my tooth pain I had to. I went to Polished Dental, and after a consultation and a few visits my pain was gone. Also the treatment plan seems to be working and we have been able to save 4 teeth another dentist wanted to pull. I’m really glad I chose polished dental

The staff here are not only professional, but friendly. Every time I walk in, they ask about my family. They even sent flowers to my wife while she was in the hospital. Between that and the good dental work, this has easily been my best dental experience I’ve ever had.

I am very pleased with my experiences at Polished Family Dental. Dr. Moore and the staff are great! Dr. Moore replaced a crown on my front tooth that is a perfect match to the natural tooth next to it. Finally!!! This has been a problem throughout my life after an accident necessitated a crown on this tooth. She also did some mild cosmetic work as my gums had receded from my incisors. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Shortly thereafter, a friend commented she noticed my teeth looked really nice. Thank you, Dr. Moore and Polished Family Dental!
