Polished Family Dental is wonderful. Office staff very friendly and helpful always with a smile and answers all your questions. The staff are professional and service is the best. Me and my wife’s decided to switch our dentistry to Polished Dental and we are glad that we did! They were friendly, efficient and got us out within a hour (which was always our biggest complaint at our previous one). All the workers knew what they were doing and were honest about our dental health. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with my experiences at Polished Family Dental. Dr. Moore and the staff are great! Dr. Moore replaced a crown on my front tooth that is a perfect match to the natural tooth next to it. Finally!!! This has been a problem throughout my life after an accident necessitated a crown on this tooth. She also did some mild cosmetic work as my gums had receded from my incisors. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Shortly thereafter, a friend commented she noticed my teeth looked really nice. Thank you, Dr. Moore and Polished Family Dental!

I had the most welcoming experience with the staff and Dr. Moore here at Polished Family Dental facility on South Hulen in Fort Worth. The greetings at the front desk take away any fear of going to the dentist. Those ladies are so professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. Dr. Moore has excellent bedside manners. She listen to you, explains what needs to be done in a manner that is easily understood, and then, she goes the extra mile to give you a great treatment. Ashley, her assistant, has a very vibrant personality. She's very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous also. If you are looking for a welcoming and family atmosphere in a dental clinic, this is the place to visit. A good friend of mine, Barbara Wilson, referred me, and I'm so glad that she did.

Everyone was polite and extremely helpful getting me set up for dental care. The office has beautiful wall hangings, pleasant scene to help relax me as I have pending care. The dentist explained what she was going to do and offered a medical plan to ease me while under going the surgical care.

Polished dentistry is a friendly place. The receptionist was friendly and greeted me as soon as I arrived. The hygienist was gentle and completed a thorough cleaning job. Dr. Glen Petta is a Caring dentist and really listens to your concerns. I wouldn’t recommend this dental office!

*** UPDATE after coming here several times now, I truly believe that this is the best dentist office I have ever visited, and I'm not just saying that because I'M GOING TO WIN THE AMAZON GIFT CARD 😁First time visit, and everyone made me feel so welcome. My dental hygienist Debra was very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step and made me feel really comfortable. I look forward to being a patient here.

I am a disabled Veteran who had been frustrated with the VA Dental teams. I asked and was approved for out of VA network Dentist. Told to find someone near me who will accept VA payments. Googled Dentists near me and the first name I saw was Polished Family Dental. Lucky for me as I called and spoke with Tiffany, who was warm and genuine. Got off the phone with her and had an appointment and the forms I needed in less than two weeksAfter initial visit and treatment plan for me, I have been seen in the office on numerous occasions. Each visit was a great experience for me. Very professional and laid back at the same time. I felt relaxed each and every time and that's not easy to do for me. I did feel the love everyone at this clinic had for each other. They are a family and you will be part of their family after walking through their door. Guaranteed.I thought I had posted this 8 years ago. Sorry.Fast forward 8 years and I say the same about the care I receive and the warm family experience.

For a family dental this place was very bougie with state of the art equipment and big screen TV’s on the wall and ceiling in the exam rooms. The staff was very professional and easy to talk to while coming up with a game plan that fit my budget. I would recommend to my friends..

Staff is very friendly and they do all they can to make the experience a good one. When we Were looking for a new dentist we went to Polished and we are so glad we did they are wonderful to work with and we have been with them for several years. I never have to wait, they get me in the chair very close to my appointment time and they are all very helpful and make sure the client is as comfortable as possible.

Update: I met with a new hygienist, Christine, this week. She listened to me, my history and concerns, and advocated for me. Dr. Pope trusted me in how I care for my dental health and agreed with her which saved me from having a deep cleaning. They are the best! Weston and Cheyenne too!

I have two commendations for Polished Family Dental. First the entire staff makes sure you are very welcomed and that you have a positive experience throughout the visit. Second, Dr. Glen Petta was excellent in doing my tooth implant… I must confess I hate needles and am very uneasy about any procedure around my head. However his demeanor and skill made this a very good experience for me. I highly recommend Polished Family Dental.

I absolutely love Polished Family Dental. From the moment you walk in until you walk out the door the service is all smiles and positive vibes. The place is very clean and it smells amazing. And to be honest the hygienist, Christina that cleaned and flossed my teeth was heaven sent. She is the first person to ever be gentle and kind while cleaning and flossing my teeth. Amazing experience!! I have been dealing with severe jaw pain for years but was too scared to go to the dentist and worried it would just be brushed off. When I got there, the environment was so inviting and Westin was so welcoming and kind!! She spoke to the other patients in the office like she was truly happy to help them, which unfortunately is not the norm in many doctors offices. When the dental assistant Ashley took care of my x-rays and prep for the doctor she was so sweet and helped get me settled and put me at easy as she walked me through everything she was doing (picture child-like fear from a grown woman, so she was having to work for it). When Dr. Pope came in, he was so soft spoken and took his time to examine me and listen to my concerns. He explained what his plan of care/treatment would look like and gave me a renewed sense of hope that this isn’t something that I’ll just have to deal with. I’m very impressed with this office and actually looking forward to my next visit!!
