Where are your offices?
We have two offices: 7540 S Hulen St, Fort Worth, TX 76133, and 104 Spanish Oak Trail, Glen Rose, TX 76043.
What are your hours?
Both offices are open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most PPO dental insurance plans. Call your office with your plan name and we'll check your benefits.
I don't have insurance. Can I still come in?
Yes. The Polished Membership Plan starts at $329 a year and covers cleanings, exams and X-rays at 100%, plus free whitening.
Do you see dental emergencies?
Yes. We offer same-day emergency visits, and walk-ins are welcome during office hours.
Do you accept VA referrals?
Yes. We're an approved VA dental provider in both offices and coordinate with your VA case manager.
Do you speak Spanish?
