Meet the dentists
Six general dentists across our Fort Worth and Glen Rose offices, with training from Texas A&M, UT Houston, Baylor, Case Western and Midwestern.

Dr. Clayton Cook, DMD
Dr. Cook grew up in Cache Valley, Utah, the fifth of six kids. He earned a biology degree with minors in chemistry and Japanese at Utah State University, then his DMD at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.
Before dental school he spent two years on a mission in Hiroshima, Japan. Today he sees patients in both our Fort Worth and Glen Rose offices.
He and his wife have been married 21 years and have six children. Off the clock he's hiking, playing basketball, reading, surfing, mountain biking or skiing.

Dr. Krystal Moore, DDS
Dr. Moore trained at Texas A&M College of Dentistry, formerly Baylor College of Dentistry. She cares for adults and children, and she speaks Spanish with her patients.
Honesty, kindness and compassion guide how she practices. She's a mom of three, and she loves photography, music and dance.

Dr. Jeremy Pope, DDS
Dr. Pope grew up in Itasca, Texas, and knew as a kid that he wanted to be a dentist. He studied biology at the University of Texas at Arlington and earned his DDS at the UT School of Dentistry at Houston.
He's married to Mollie, and they have two kids, Jack and Ella. In his free time he does leather crafting, follows sports and works out.

Dr. Glen Petta, DDS
Dr. Petta grew up in Fort Worth and went to TCU on a scholarship before graduating from Baylor Dental School in 1980.
He practiced in Fort Worth for 33 years, ran restaurants along the way, and later led a Christian mission agency for 12 years before returning to dentistry.
He has been married 48 years and has two sons.

Dr. Eric Dunaway, DMD
Dr. Dunaway grew up in Boulder County, Colorado, the oldest of four. He earned a biology degree at BYU–Idaho and his DMD at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio.
He served a mission in northern Spain. He and his wife Lydia, who is from Mansfield, Texas, have been married nine years and have three young children.
You'll find him at the park with his kids, playing board games, or enjoying good Texas food.

Dr. Addison Wright, DDS
Dr. Wright earned a Bachelor of Science in Education at Baylor University in 2022 and his DDS at Texas A&M College of Dentistry in 2026.
He was recognized by the OKU honor society for clinical excellence in his third and fourth years of dental school.
His parents run a black Angus cattle farm, and he helps out whenever he can. He also loves tennis, sand volleyball and time by the pool.
