Content on this site is general information. It is not a diagnosis or a substitute for an exam by a licensed dentist. Using the site does not create a dentist–patient relationship. If you have a dental emergency, call your office; for a medical emergency, call 911.
Text messaging terms
When you give us your mobile number (for example through the chat or text widget on our website) and agree to receive texts, Polished Family Dental may text you about appointment reminders and scheduling, replies to your questions, and occasional updates or offers from our offices. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Appointments
Online appointment requests are confirmed only when our office confirms them with you. Our online booking tool is provided by a third-party service under its own terms.
Membership plan
Our membership plan is an in-office savings plan, not dental insurance. Plan terms, prices and covered services are set by our offices and may change at renewal.
Website content
Text, photos and logos on this site belong to Polished Family Dental or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse site content without our written permission.
Links to other sites
Our site links to outside sites such as Google, Instagram, Facebook, Cherry and our online booking provider. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Polished Family Dental is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site.
