Kadessa and Dr Pope were absolutely amazing! They made sure i was informed constantly asking if i had any questions. Being a military guy and going to the dentist on post versus seeing these guys is a world of a difference, i felt at home and like they cared about what I cared about. Polished family dental is by far the absolute best dentist office I’ve ever been to. I have dental anxiety and so as a result I hadn’t been to an office is a long time, they never once judged me and have always been so nice and reassuring. They are so easy to work with around scheduling and always makes sure I’m comfortable and know what to expect at the start of each appointment. I will never go to any other dentist office!

I’m really glad i found polished family dental.Everybody i came in contact with was very helpful & considerate. I had my teeth cleaned by Margarete & she was very gentle & informative. Eric did a great job of making me feel comfortable while taking xrays. My next visit will be with the dentist to fix an old crown. Somehow i don’t dread going to the dentist anymore.

Oh the first visit, the doctor, dental technician and clerk were very nice. I really appreciate how well the male Latino technician listened to my concerns and did not rush me.On the second and third visits, Dr. Pope rushed anesthesia. I felt him push the needle into the bone. During the procedure, he kept rushing the procedure, saying that he was ready to go home. I felt most of the drilling because he didn't wait for the injection to fully infuse.

I had a wonderful experience at my dental visit today with Dr. Moore and her dental assistant, Ashley. They both did an amazing job on my cleaning, taking the time to make sure everything was comfortable and thorough. The ladies at the front desk gave me a warm welcome as soon as I arrived, which set the tone for the entire visit. From start to finish, I felt right at home. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for top-notch dental care in a friendly, welcoming environment!

I had not been to the dentist in about five years and truly was a little terrified to go. However, from the moment I walked into the building they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable! And not that it is super important but they even gave me a little welcome gift! They are also really good about staying on time and the past two times I've gone I actually went back at the time of my appointment, which I am told is amazing compared to others in my life who go to other dentists. They also walk you through everything and will answer any questions you might have, which means a lot to me because I was so nervous. They also made a point to try to make a personal connection with me and even remembered things I said from the first appointment to my second appointment! If you are looking for a dentist office who makes you feel comfortable and safe, I would highly recommend Polished Family Dental!

Today I did have to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time but they had something else going on that took priority so I was ok with that. I appreciated the thorough cleaning as well as the educating that took place. Dr. Pope is awesome. Very thorough and does not suggest things that don't need to be done.

I am a disabled Veteran who had been frustrated with the VA Dental teams. I asked and was approved for out of VA network Dentist. Told to find someone near me who will accept VA payments. Googled Dentists near me and the first name I saw was Polished Family Dental. Lucky for me as I called and spoke with Tiffany, who was warm and genuine. Got off the phone with her and had an appointment and the forms I needed in less than two weeksAfter initial visit and treatment plan for me, I have been seen in the office on numerous occasions. Each visit was a great experience for me. Very professional and laid back at the same time. I felt relaxed each and every time and that's not easy to do for me. I did feel the love everyone at this clinic had for each other. They are a family and you will be part of their family after walking through their door. Guaranteed.
