I’ve been looking for a new dentist since my dentist passed away from Cancer. It’s a challenge for me because I had a lot of dental work done as a child which makes me extremely nervous going to a new dentist and I can tell during the first visit how they treat their patients and if they are invested in making sure their patients are taken care of successfully and this dentist has promise. My first visit was so thorough and they give new patients a nice soft t-shirt which you want to wear when you are happy with the care you’re given -now I’m looking forward to going to my dentist again

This place is top-notch! I have been very impressed with the staff- all the way from the front desk, to the dental hygienist, dentist’s assistant and the dentist! They listened to me about my dental anxieties and helped make the procedure stress free. Plus they give back to the community through charities like Toys for Tots, have monthly contests and give you a nice gift for first time customers! 👏👏👏

My experience from start to finish was exemplary. The front office staff were warm and welcoming. My procedure was pain free and I was even given a blanket because the exam room was a little chilly for me. My hygienist, deborah, did an exceptional job explaining the process of my exam and her findings. I highly recommend this practice

Dr. Pope gave me the smile of my dreams. 🤩 I’ve always been self-conscious about my teeth and have wanted veneers ever since I can remember. Dr. Pope was precise and patient through every step of the process, down to the color and shape, to ensure that I got the smile that I’ve always wanted. I’ve seen Dr. Pope the last few years for cleanings and fillings and he always does an amazing job. The office staff and hygienists are so personable and kind and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better dental experience. Thank you, Dr. Pope and the whole Polished family for my beautiful smile. 🩷

The facilities are very well kept and furnished with the nicest furniture I have ever seen in a dentist office. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They made me feel comfortable, and confident that they have my best interest at heart. I think I have finally found my permanent dental care family. I have never been to an office that is as professional as Polished, the building is clean, the staff is professional and always have lovely smile on their face and in their voices. I totally enjoyed my visits there. I would recommend this dentist office to all of my family, friends and co-workers.

Polished Family Dental is by far the best dental office I have ever been a patient at. Been coming here for 3 years now and have always had an amazing experience. I had never been to a Dentist before Polished Family Dental and they have always been great at making me feel comfortable, explaining things to me and have brought my gums and teeth back to a healthy place and I am so so so grateful. My wife and I even drive 45 minutes from Irving to come see Dr Pope and the team and it’s absolutely worth it to know we are in good hands. I am a very anxious person when it comes to seeing a dentist…. Polished put all that to rest! From the first phone call, to checking in at the front, amazing dental assistant who kept me informed the whole time she took X-rays! So as I met each person my anxiety my slowly but assuredly went away! My hygienist, made SURE I was comfortable and explained what she was doing as well. So by the time I met my Dentist I was completely cool… he took his time explained the treatment I need and WHY… NO HARD CORE SALES PRESSURE… I can only say that as a 56 yr old woman who HATED going to the Dentist, it has led to these circumstances and treatment I need.. so first things first don’t put off going to a dentist!!!! secondly this could be the most amazing dentist office I’ve gone to! I felt the compassion and true care for me as a person, NOT looking at me as some sort of cash cow! My dentist was so compassionate and understanding and so patient answering all my questions… I never felt rushed… I Love POLISHED… I will not go anywhere else! You will not regret going! This is the best dentist I have been to in all my years of living in TX! And I’ve lived in TX for 10 years. I have high anxiety when coming to the dentist and they made me feel so calm and comfortable, it was so nice!! They were very welcoming and friendly it was so refreshing!! Very easy intake process. Friendly staff at reception. Dental hygienist (Deborah) greeted me by name and was very accommodating, informative about various preliminary assessments, and gentle during examination and cleaning. Dr. Moore gave a thorough exam and answered my questions. I agreed to the optional fluoride treatment and they told me about the (reasonable) extra cost up front. I look forward to going back.

The VA finally approved for me to go to a dental office and they assigned me here. The staff here is fantastic. They truly are so professional and kind. They took their time with me even though I was 15 minutes late. They went through my record and addressed all concerns. They even did my cleaning which I didn’t could happen today, because of how the VA works. I can’t thank you all enough, from the front desk all the way to the dentist- excellent establishment and extremely clean and refreshing. I’m so glad this is my new dental office. I will admit I am somewhat terrified of dentists and pain. This time it was different. The dentist for the procedure I had was extremely gentle. I had the pleasure of having my teeth cleaned by Margarita today. It was my 2nd cleaning appointment at Polish Dental. I’m not very consistent at flossing regularly. Margarita did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and hard to reach areas. She went the extra mile to ensure I was not having any discomfort or unnecessary pain. Even though I mentioned it to her that I expected a little bit of discomfort, she still performed admirably. This is the first time in a while that I was not sore from having my teeth cleaned. Oh, and by the way, it was only her second day on the job! Awesome job Margarita! ✌🏾
