Very easy intake process as a new patient. Friendly staff at reception. Dental hygienist greeted me by name and was very accommodating, informative about various preliminary assessments, and gentle during examination and cleaning. Dr. Polk gave a thorough exam and answered my questions. I agreed to the option fluoride treatment and they told me about the (reasonable) extra cost up front. I look forward to going back.

We’ve been taking our family here regularly and they have taken great care of us. I was especially impressed yesterday when they were able to squeeze me in last second for a bad toothache. Within 30 minutes of calling, I was in the chair getting prepped for a root canal. Doctor Pope did a great job and 24 hours later I’m pain free and able to eat normally again.

I was really afraid of going to the dentist, can you imagine it a 68 yo man, 23 years in the USMC and retired cop. I had the best experience I have ever had. Kadessa-RDM did a great job cleaning my teeth, making me feel safe and pain free. She is a very nice young lady and did her job very professionally. Polished Family Dental is the best dental practice I've been to. My main concerns when visiting the dentist are that it tends to be uncomfortable and I'm worried I'll be told I need something fixed that really doesn't. With Polished Family Dental I no longer have those concerns. Kadessa did an amazing job with the cleaning by being thorough while not being rough. The dentists have always been honest and I've never felt pressured to have work done I wasn't convinced I needed. The whole practice is very friendly and I'm very satisfied with my care. I’ve been once for a cleaning and it was a great experience! The office is nice and the rooms have TVs in them so you can watch something while the hygienist cleans your teeth. The front desk ladies were also super nice.

Just went today and Deborah was very thorough and explained everything so that I could understand everything. I have not been to a dentistry in a very long time and they made me feel very comfortable there, Dr.Cook and Miss Deborah were both very gentle and gave me no discomfort. Will be going back soon and don’t plan on going anywhere else.

I've been going to Polished for years and I've had nothing but great experiences here.Back when I had no dental insurance this place was affordable, so it's where I went. I moved to the other side of Fort Worth and got great insurance so I tried finding a dentist closer to home. I went to two different dentists and was horrified at the way they acted: rude workers, forced treatments, ridiculous prices.I gave up looking for someone else. I just drive down to see Dr. Pope. He's always friendly and efficient and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. He even scheduled one of my sessions to overlap part of his lunch break so he could help rid me of pain faster.Cheyenne at the front desk is the best. She's helpful and knowledgeable, and seems to care about the patients needs and understand the restrictions of their budget. I've never felt judged because I had to push a treatment back due to lack of funds. She'll treat you like a person instead of an ATM.I highly recommend you bring your family to see them!

This was the first dentist I've seen pretty much since the military 23 years ago. This whole office us outstanding! They are the nicest people around. They made the whole experience very easy and nice. I recommended them to my best friend who has had issues with previous dentists. I wholly recommend this office to anyone who needs to see a dentist.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had! Leslie who does scheduling is so sweet and absolutely helpful! She was so welcoming from my first phone call to schedule! Kadessa did my exam and she is wonderful in every way! She was very general and informative through the whole appointment! Dr. Pope was equally amazing and took his time discussing my individualized dental plan. This is absolutely our new family distal office and I would recommend everyone to give them a try! I was referred here by the VA. Everyone was so nice and not fake nice like actually cares about your teeth and being a good human being nice.I loved the huge televisions you see while the do your teeth or when you're waiting. My favorite part was the dentist showing me the pictures they took of my teeth and what I need done. I have never seen what they are looking at, other dentist just tell you what they're seeing. As a veteran I received a little gift bag, so sweet!I ended up making an appointment for my son. I think we found our dentist office finally! Thank you so much and we'll be back soon 💜

Today was my first visit and if it is indicative of the future, I am extremely pleased. From the moment I entered the lobby, to the x-rays, to meeting the dentist, the whole team was extremely friendly and very professional. They thoroughly explained everything and even showed me what they were looking at. I could not recommend Polished Family Dental enough. I am typically very leary of the dentist but I think they have changed that for me. I look forward to my future with them. Amazing team.Update: I had a deep cleaning done by Deborah and I have to say that she is nothing short of amazing. I was in the chair for maybe an hour and a half and I think I fell asleep. She is very thorough and takes her time to make sure she gets everything! I can't say enough great things about her. I started going here in June of 2022 because Polished Family Dental took my dental discount plan, but they also helped me with my teeth cleanings, referral for wisdom teeth removal, and doing several fillings! When people are working on your teeth it can be very nerve wracking but they made it as pleasant as possible and we’re definitely confidence inspiring! Very friendly staff and informative when I asked questions about different procedures. Plus their new office is nice! 10/10 would recommend.
