With as long as I have been going to Polish family dental I have never had a negative experience. The front desk is very friendly and polite. My dental hygienist was very sweet and explained to me what I was going to take place.

I recently, involuntarily had to change dental care providers, and was very disappointed, as I was very happy with my current Dentist. However, I don’t believe I’ve experienced such an amazing transition as this one! Polished Family Dental in Fort Worth truly exceeded my expectations! I was pleasantly surprised by their friendly staff. As a Veteran, I was greeted with a bag of gifts in appreciation for my service, which was extremely thoughtful. I couldn’t have asked for a better Dentist or hygienist to continue my dental care. During this initial appointment, they thoroughly explained my dental plan in detail; answered all my questions, and were very patient with me. I am happy to have found Polished Family Dental, and look forward to my next visit.

Staff is very friendly and they do all they can to make the experience a good one. When we Were looking for a new dentist we went to Polished and we are so glad we did they are wonderful to work with and we have been with them for several years. I never have to wait, they get me in the chair very close to my appointment time and they are all very helpful and make sure the client is as comfortable as possible.

As always, Polished Family Dental lives up to its name. It truly feels like family when I get there. The girls at the front are always so friendly and welcoming. Always have smiles on their faces, and really set the right environment for patients. My girl Ashley (dental assistant) always comes to say hi and ask how I am, even when she isn’t assisting me. Angie was my dental assistant and I couldn’t find a SINGLE negative thing to say about her. She made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed about everything she was doing to get me ready for my treatment with Dr. Pope. Dr Pope is always so kind and calming when he treats me. I mentioned I was having some more jaw pain and asked for suggestions and he gave me a few options and even went as far to offer doing some more research for me!!! And because I mentioned the pain, he had them get a smaller mouth expander(not sure what it’s called) to help lessen the follow up pain. Talk about above and beyond care!!! Angie even called me a few days later to check on me and see how I was doing!! I truly appreciate this and hope office so so much!!! Best dental office EVER!!!

The absolute best experience I’ve had at a dentist appointment. They were clear in my treatment plan, listened to what my personal concerns were and provided me with a plan of action. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor/dentist were extremely kind. I’m not gonna lie and say I can’t wait to go back 😆😆 That visit will involve a lil bit of pain…lol but I wouldn’t want anyone else providing my treatment.
