Dr. Clayton Cook, DMD

Clayton Cook was born and raised in Cache Valley, Utah, and comes from a large family — he is the 5th of 6 children. He attended Mountain Crest High School in Hyrum, Utah, where he was a state champion in football. In high school, Dr. Cook met his best friend, Kallee, who is now his wife. After graduating, he worked in the Dallas area for a short time and fell in love with Texas, then left to serve a 2-year Christian mission in Hiroshima, Japan.

Shortly after returning, he married his wife, and they've been married for 21 years and have 6 beautiful children — two of whom are currently serving Christian missions of their own, with his daughter in Zimbabwe and his son in Turkey. Dr. Cook graduated from Utah State University, majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and Japanese, and attended dental school at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.

In his spare time, Dr. Cook enjoys hiking, basketball, reading, surfing, and downhill mountain biking. He loves snow skiing in Park City, Telluride, or Taos, and is always up for an adventure. He enjoys working in our Fort Worth and Glen Rose offices and making a real difference in people's lives.

Dr. Krystal Moore, DDS

Dr. Krystal Moore attended Texas A&M/Baylor College of Dentistry. She is the mother of three beautiful children who are her biggest blessings and greatest cheerleaders. Her core values are centered around honesty, kindness, and compassion.

Dr. Moore deeply respects all patients and employees and is known for creating a positive environment at Polished Family Dental. She enjoys communicating in Spanish with her Spanish-speaking patients and loves working with both adults and children, educating everyone on healthy habits. Dr. Moore is also passionate about photography, music, and dance — and uses her artistic side to create beautiful smiles!

Dr. Jeremy Pope, DDS

Jeremy Pope was born and raised just south of Fort Worth in Itasca, Texas. Dr. Pope knew from the age of five that he wanted to be a dentist! Between playing pee-wee football and baseball, he would build dental offices and read the medical dictionary to practice for his future career. He told his mom he just wanted to help people smile.

Dr. Pope graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a major in Biology and received his DDS from The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. He met his best friend and wife, Mollie, while playing ultimate frisbee in 2010 at her alma mater, TCU — Go Frogs! They were married in 2016 in downtown Fort Worth and have two wonderful children, Jack and Ella.

When he's not practicing dentistry, Dr. Pope enjoys spending time with his wife, making his kids laugh, leather crafting, watching sports, and working out. Fort Worth is home, and he is so happy to be part of the Polished Family Dental team!

Dr. Glen Petta, DDS

Dr. Glen Petta grew up in Fort Worth and attended Paschal High School, where he played basketball and football. He completed his undergraduate education at Texas Christian University on an academic scholarship and attended Baylor Dental School in Dallas, graduating in 1980. During dental school, he opened and managed a Dallas restaurant that expanded to four locations, and he continued in the restaurant business for 25 years while actively practicing dentistry.

Dr. Petta returned to Fort Worth and bought into the practice of William F. Wathen, DMD, where he practiced for 33 years. In 2010, he left his practice to lead a Christian international mission agency for 12 years, leading and training over 150 mission teams around the world while continuing to practice part time. He is a life member of the American Dental Society, Texas Dental Society, and Fort Worth District Dental Society.

Dr. Petta and his wife of 48 years, Debbie, have two sons. Andrew, a priest, is married to Michelle, and they have two daughters, Chloe and Claire. Philip works in finance and accounting for a rail company.

Cheyenne Sharp

Cheyenne has been a valued member of our team for over 11 years. Her passion for dentistry began when she became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2013, and she has been dedicated ever since to helping patients feel confident and cared for. She enjoys guiding patients through dental insurance, coordinating finances, and finding creative solutions to help every patient achieve their best smile.

Outside the office, Cheyenne loves spending time with her husband and their two daughters. Whether she's camping, kayaking, or enjoying time with family and friends, she brings the same energy and positivity to her life as she does to her work. A true nature lover, she also adores her animals and any chance to be outdoors.

Westin Solbrig

Westin oversees marketing for the practice, using her creative eye to bring fresh ideas and engaging content to the team. She graduated from Tarleton State University in 2022 and went on to earn her master's degree in Management in Fall 2024 — making her a proud Tarleton Alum ×2. She is currently in her third year with the practice and has loved every moment of building relationships with patients and finding inspiration in their stories.

Outside the office, Westin enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, cooking, and embracing the simplicity of life in her camper. She recently married her loving husband, Jacob, in April 2026 and is enjoying this exciting new chapter. Westin is also the proud dog mom to her wonderful bulldog, Annie. She's always on the lookout for a great book — so if you have any recommendations, send them her way!

Adriana Negrete

With over 7 years in the dental field, Adriana brings knowledge, heart, and a friendly face to Polished Family Dental. She joined the Polished Family in October 2025 after moving to Crowley and instantly felt right at home. As a fluent Spanish speaker, Adriana loves helping patients feel comfortable, understood, and fully informed from the moment they walk in.

Adriana is a proud wife and mom of three amazing kids who keep life fun and busy. Outside of the office, she enjoys attending her kids' sporting events, going on adventures with her husband, or simply relaxing at home with a good podcast or TV series.

Sonia Sandoval, RDH

Sonia was born and raised in Fort Worth. She knew she wanted to get into dentistry to make people feel confident with their smile, and she loves answering patients' questions and teaching about prevention. She went to school at Tarrant County College, graduated in 2010, and has been practicing for 16 years.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 16 years and their two daughters. They love staying busy — swimming, spending time with family and friends, and cheering at their daughters' soccer games.

Margarita Lopez, RDH

Margarita was born in Decatur, TX, and raised in Bridgeport as the youngest of ten siblings. In 2020, she made the move to Fort Worth and quickly fell in love with the city and its vibrant community. She has been a practicing dental hygienist since 2017 and finds it incredibly rewarding to help patients improve their oral health habits — building trust and seeing positive changes in their smiles is what drives her passion for dental care.

Outside the office, Margarita enjoys spending time outdoors, with hiking as her favorite hobby. She loves collecting magnets from the parks she visits and enjoys nature photography.

Cindy Manzo

Hi, I'm Cindy! I've been a dental assistant for 13 years, and my passion for dentistry started at a young age. Inspired by my mom, a former dental assistant, I saw firsthand the impact a caring dental team can have. Following in her footsteps, I discovered my own love for the dental field — from assisting in clinical care to helping create healthy, confident smiles.

What I enjoy most is connecting with patients and being a part of their journey toward better oral health. It's incredibly rewarding to make a difference, even in the smallest ways, that can brighten someone's day — and their smile.

Deavion Kennedy, RDA

Kennedy is a dedicated Dental Assistant with 3 years of experience who brings both skill and heart to patient care. Originally from Louisiana, she has also lived in Hot Springs, Arkansas, before making Texas her home — and she absolutely loves it here. Kennedy is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident, and she takes pride in putting a smile on every face she meets.

Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing with a good show, getting lost in a book, or shopping in her free time.

Erick Garza

Erick is originally from Monterrey, Mexico, and lived in Houston for 10 years before moving to Fort Worth about five years ago. He found his passion for dentistry in 2006 when he started dental school at UANL in Monterrey. After finishing school, he returned to the United States and worked as a sous chef for seven years before coming back to the dental field — and he's thrilled to be back.

Erick's goal is to become a dental hygienist, and he brings genuine enthusiasm to everything he does for our patients and team.

Angie Hernandez

Born in Corpus Christi and raised in Kansas, Angie's journey has been nothing short of an adventure. After nearly two decades away, she returned to Texas in 2021, settling in Fort Worth. While her career initially began in nursing, fate had other plans — Angie's bilingual skills opened the door to dentistry, and she quickly discovered her true passion. With over 26 years of experience in the dental field, Angie has truly found her calling and makes a lasting impact on everyone she serves.

Outside of work, Angie loves spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, who keep her grounded and filled with joy.
