Dr. Clayton Cook, DMD

Clayton Cook was born and raised in Cache Valley, Utah, and comes from a large family — he is the 5th of 6 children. He attended Mountain Crest High School in Hyrum, Utah, where he was a state champion in football. In high school, Dr. Cook met his best friend, Kallee, who is now his wife. After graduating, he worked in the Dallas area for a short time and fell in love with Texas, then left to serve a 2-year Christian mission in Hiroshima, Japan.

Shortly after returning, he married his wife, and they've been married for 21 years and have 6 beautiful children — two of whom are currently serving Christian missions of their own, with his daughter in Zimbabwe and his son in Turkey. Dr. Cook graduated from Utah State University, majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and Japanese, and attended dental school at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.

In his spare time, Dr. Cook enjoys hiking, basketball, reading, surfing, and downhill mountain biking. He loves snow skiing in Park City, Telluride, or Taos, and is always up for an adventure. He enjoys working in our Fort Worth and Glen Rose offices and making a real difference in people's lives.

Dr. Eric Dunaway, DMD

Eric Dunaway grew up in Boulder County, Colorado, as the oldest of four children. After serving a Christian mission in northern Spain, Dr. Dunaway attended Brigham Young University–Idaho where he received his Bachelor's degree in Biology. While studying there, he met his best friend and wife, Lydia, a native of Mansfield, Texas. They have been married for 9 years and have 3 adorable little ones.

Dr. Dunaway earned his DMD degree at CWRU School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Afterward, he and Lydia took the opportunity to live close to family by moving to Texas, where they've happily watched their children build relationships with a large group of cousins. Outside of work, Dr. Dunaway enjoys running around with his kids at the park, playing board games with his wife, and finding whatever food is just done better in Texas.

Amber

Born and raised in Burleson, Amber began her dental career at just 17 years old when she became a Registered Dental Assistant. With years of experience in the field, she now thrives in her role as Treatment Coordinator and Office Manager, helping patients feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

Amber loves spending time with her family and cheering on her kids at their sporting events. She lives on a farm in Hico with her husband — her high school sweetheart — their three children, and a lively group of animals including pigs, goats, chickens, ducks, cows, horses, and lots of dogs.

Trish

With over 18 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant, Trish brings a wealth of knowledge and warmth to our front office as Scheduling Coordinator. Born and raised in Fort Worth, she recently settled down in Cleburne with her husband and enjoys spending time with her growing family, which includes three adult children and her two precious granddaughters.

Trish has a special place in her heart for cats — especially her beloved Peno. When she's not helping patients stay on track with their dental care, you'll likely find her outdoors, shopping, or adding to her impressive shoe collection.

Ashli

Ashli grew up in the community of Three-Way and attended Hico ISD for junior high and high school, where she played basketball and ran track. After high school, she moved to Cleveland, Ohio, and became a flight attendant — flying all over the country before working at nuclear power plants across the United States.

She married her husband, Rhody, in 2013, and together they welcomed two children in 2014 and 2017. Ashli attended dental hygiene school at Tyler Junior College, graduating in 2021. She loves to laugh, joke around, sit outside and watch the sun go down, and read a good book. Ashli is very eager to help patients with their dental needs.

Stormi

Stormi has been dedicated to the dental field since 2015 and proudly became a Dental Hygienist in 2024. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smiles while providing compassionate, quality care — and loves educating and encouraging patients to maintain excellent oral health.

Outside of the office, Stormi has been happily married to her husband since 2014, and together they have two beautiful children. When she's not caring for patients, you can usually find her at the baseball or soccer fields cheering her kids on in everything they do.

Jade

Jade was born and raised in Stephenville and is currently furthering her education at Ranger College. She loves spending time outdoors, especially in the heat — whether it's hiking, swimming, camping, or floating the river.

Known as the "fun" aunt to her nephew and three nieces, Jade is always up for new adventures and enjoys traveling to exciting places. Above all, she treasures quality time with her friends and family.

Casey

Casey and her husband recently moved to the area to be closer to their daughter. She is a proud mother of adult children and a loving grandmother to two grandchildren. With several years of experience in the dental field, Casey brings warmth, dedication, and a genuine passion for patient care to our team.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors — whether it's camping, hiking, or simply enjoying nature.
