
the 5th of 6 children. He attended Mountain Crest High school in Hyrum, Utah while he was in
high school he was actually a state champion in Football. In high school Dr. Cook met his best
friend, Kallee, who is now his wife. After graduating from high school, he worked in the Dallas
area for a short time and fell in love with Texas. He left Texas to serve a 2 year Christian mission
in Hiroshima, Japan. Shortly after returning, he married his wife, and they’ve been married for
20 years and have 6 beautiful children. Dr. Cook graduated from Utah State University, majoring
in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and Japanese. He attended dental school at Midwestern
University in Glendale, Arizona. Dr. Cook pursued dentistry because he enjoys working with
people and taking care of their needs in an empathetic and compassionate manner. Dentistry is
a natural fit for him and it is a great balance of hard work and making a real difference in
people’s lives. In his spare time, Dr. Cook enjoys hiking, playing sports of all kinds, specifically
basketball which has been his favorite since he was 5, reading, surfing which he did with his son
Jared, and a recent hobby of his is downhill mountain biking. Dr. Cook enjoys traveling and a
few of his favorite trips are going snow skiing in Park City, Telluride, or Taos. Overall, Dr. Cook is
always up for an adventure and enjoys spending time with his family. He enjoys living in Texas
and getting to work in our Fort Worth and Glen Rose offices and making a change in people’s
lives.

Dr. Moore deeply respects all patients and employees and is known for creating a positive environment at Polished Family Dental. Dr. Moore enjoys communicating in Spanish for her Spanish-speaking patients. She loves working with adults and children and educating her patients on healthy habits!
Dr. Moore is also passionate about photography and dance and uses her artistic side to create beautiful smiles.

Dr. Pope graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a major in Biology and received his DDS from The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston.
Dr. Pope met his best friend and wife, Mollie, while playing ultimate frisbee in 2010 at her alma mater, TCU. Go Frogs!
They were married in 2016 in downtown Fort Worth and have two wonderful children, Jack and Ella. When he’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Pope enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, making his kids laugh, leather crafting, watching sports, and working out.
Fort Worth is home to Dr. Pope, and he is so happy to be part of the Polished Family Dental team!

Dr. Petta returned to Fort Worth and bought into the practice of William F. Wathen, DMD, where he practiced for 26 years. The office opened a satellite office in Aledo, which they later sold.
Dr. Petta left his practice in 2010 to lead a Christian international mission agency for 12 years. He led and trained over 150 mission teams all over the world. During that time, he continued to practice part time while not on missions. He has been very active in international missions. He is a life member of the American Dental Society, Texas Dental Society, and Fort Worth District Dental Society.
Dr. Petta and his wife of 46 years, Debbie, have two sons. Andrew, a priest, is married to Michelle, and they have two daughters, Chloe and Claire. Philip works in finance and accounting for a rail company.

When she’s not brightening up the office, Cheyenne spends her time with her wonderful husband and their two energetic daughters, ages 9 and 13. Her weekends are filled with adventure—whether she’s camping, kayaking, or enjoying time with family and friends, Cheyenne’s zest for life shines through.
Oh, and don’t forget about her beloved animals! She’s a true nature lover with a heart of gold.

Outside of work, Sarah is just as driven and passionate. A former Junior Olympian and NCAA athlete, she has excelled in both swimming and throwing events. She enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors fishing, and unwinding with her dog. She also loves expressing her creativity through singing.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband of 15 years and their two daughters. They love staying busy, swimming, dancing, spending time with family and friends, and being at their daughters’ soccer games.

Outside of the office, Margarita enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking or biking along the Fort Worth Trinity Trails. She also loves movies, collecting nature photography, and exploring new restaurants around town.

When she's not in the office, Kristina enjoys traveling and exploring new places—but her heart is always with her hobby farm, where she cares for goats, chickens, and even a tiny pig! Her warm personality and gentle approach make every visit a positive experience.

What I enjoy most is connecting with patients and being a part of their journey toward better oral health. It’s incredibly rewarding to make a difference, even in the smallest ways, that can brighten someone’s day—and their smile.

When not assisting, she spends quality time with her four children, who keep her on her toes and busy with dance and sports activities. When she has a moment to herself, she’ll binge-watch the latest Netflix series.

After finishing school, he came back to the United States and started working as a sous chef for seven years and is now in the dental field again. His goal is to become a dental hygienist. Erick loves the dental field and is so glad to be back.

Outside of work, Angie loves spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, who keep her grounded and filled with joy.

Outside the office, Westin enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, cooking, and embracing the simplicity of life in her camper. She was recently engaged to her fiancé, Jacob, and is enjoying every moment of this exciting new chapter. She’s always on the lookout for a great book, so if you have any recommendations, be sure to send them her way!
