From the time my husband and I approached the front desk we were greeted by the friendly front desk associate. This establishment prides itself on making sure everyone feels welcome. Everyone was polite and extremely helpful getting me set up for dental care. The office has beautiful wall hangings, pleasant scene to help relax me as I have pending care. The dentist explained what she was going to do and offered a medical plan to ease me while under going the surgical care.

My husband is in treatment here and he is so satisfied how he gets treated, he is very comfortable going there and let them do the work what needs to be done. I have to add my husband is bipolar and usually denies everything he can to get out of medical treatment but from the first day going there he is very motivated to get his smile back. I love this place, everyone there is so nice and polite, I’ve been going to Polished Dental for several years now and the always make time for me in a crunch. Broke a tooth off today and they get me in and got things started in a very reasonable time, this isn’t the first time this has happened. The customer service representatives were very nice and generous. Show lots care and concern. The doctor and her assistant have done a great job of taking care of me. They're very knowledgeable, patient and explain everything thoroughly with care. Doctor Moore is a brilliant doctor and her assistant Ashley worked great together. I had the most welcoming experience with the staff and Dr. Moore here at Polished Family Dental facility on South Hulen in Fort Worth. The greetings at the front desk take away any fear of going to the dentist. Those ladies are so professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. Dr. Moore has excellent bedside manners. She listen to you, explains what needs to be done in a manner that is easily understood, and then, she goes the extra mile to give you a great treatment. Ashley, her assistant, has a very vibrant personality. She's very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous also. If you are looking for a welcoming and family atmosphere in a dental clinic, this is the place to visit. A good friend of mine, Barbara Wilson, referred me, and I'm so glad that she did.

From the moment you walk in to Polished Family Dental, the staff is friendly and welcoming—they make you feel right at home. What I appreciate most is how punctual they are. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes past my appointment time, and the regular appointment reminders are helpful as well. My experience has been that the staff is very thorough-whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure, they won’t do a subpar job. Update: I met with a new hygienist, Christine, this week. She listened to me, my history and concerns, and advocated for me. Dr. Pope trusted me in how I care for my dental health and agreed with her which saved me from having a deep cleaning. They are the best! Weston and Cheyenne too!

Christina, Ashley, and Dr Pope took amazing care of both my Wife and I, we haven’t been the greatest about going to the dentist the last few years, and decided now was a great time to get our dental health in check.Everyone at Polished Dental made us feel safe considering we both have anxiety related to going to the dentist…Not at Polished! They made everything so smooth and reassuring for us, we will not go anywhere else from here on out. Really great experience here! Staff was immediately friendly at the front desk, gave me a new-patient gift, and were right on time with my appointment. The dentist and assistants explained my treatment plan and got me scheduled for my next appointment. Since I have some more advanced teeth issues, they got me in within the next 2 weeks, which I appreciated! They also outlined exactly what the cost of the next service would be, very transparent. Office was clean and all staff were super positive/respectful.

I was referred to Polished Family Dental by the Department of Veterans Affairs because the VA was unable to accommodate us veterans. Due to the VA's shortcomings, facilities like Polished Family Dental step in to provide care. 🦷I can honestly say that I was thrilled to end up at Polished Dental. They treated me with such kindness, making me feel welcome and worry-free, without any judgment about my government origin. 😊I've been part of this program before, and my experiences at other dental offices were far from pleasant. The front staff was unwelcoming, and while the doctors were competent, they didn’t provide the same level of care that I received here. The doctor at Polished Family Dental is not only excellent at her job but also an incredibly kind person. 🌟If you haven't yet found a dental facility where you feel valued and genuinely cared for, I highly recommend visiting Polished Family Dental. I'm so pleased that Veterans Affairs has this high-quality option available for us. 👍

I am so glad I found this dentist!!I’ve been looking for a new dentist since my dentist passed away from Cancer. It’s a challenge for me because I had a lot of dental work done as a child which makes me extremely nervous going to a new dentist and I can tell during the first visit how they treat their patients and if they are invested in making sure their patients are taken care of successfully and this dentist has promise. My first visit was so thorough and they give new patients a nice soft t-shirt which you want to wear when you are happy with the care you’re given -now I’m looking forward to going to my dentist again
