Excellent First Visit Experience!As a new patient, I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Dr. Moore's practice. From the moment I walked in, the office had such an inviting and clean atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.The entire staff was incredibly professional and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable right away, which is so important when you're trying out a new dental office. Everyone was friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out.Dr. Moore was fantastic - very attentive throughout my appointment and took the time to provide thoughtful recommendations for my dental care. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients' oral health and aren't just rushing through appointments.The office itself is beautifully maintained and spotless, which gives you confidence in their attention to detail and hygiene standards.Overall, this was one of the best dental experiences I've had. I'm so glad I was referred to this practice and would highly recommend Dr. Moore and the Polished team to anyone looking for quality dental care with a personal touch. It’s easy to make appointments whether they are acute or a traditional visit. They always greet you with a smile and a friendly hello. We’ve never waited long to be seen. From the cleaning technician to the doctors, everyone is professional, courteous, cognizant of time, they will refer you out when your needs are outside their wheelhouse. The places we’ve been refered to are amazing as well. They will work with you to achieve the results you are on board with. Honesty, I don’t dread visiting this dental clinic.

I recently, involuntarily had to change dental care providers, and was very disappointed, as I was very happy with my current Dentist. However, I don’t believe I’ve experienced such an amazing transition as this one! Polished Family Dental in Fort Worth truly exceeded my expectations! I was pleasantly surprised by their friendly staff. As a Veteran, I was greeted with a bag of gifts in appreciation for my service, which was extremely thoughtful. I couldn’t have asked for a better Dentist or hygienist to continue my dental care. During this initial appointment, they thoroughly explained my dental plan in detail; answered all my questions, and were very patient with me. I am happy to have found Polished Family Dental, and look forward to my next visit.

Staff is very friendly and they do all they can to make the experience a good one. When we Were looking for a new dentist we went to Polished and we are so glad we did they are wonderful to work with and we have been with them for several years. I never have to wait, they get me in the chair very close to my appointment time and they are all very helpful and make sure the client is as comfortable as possible.
