I absolutely love Polished Family Dental. From the moment you walk in until you walk out the door the service is all smiles and positive vibes. The place is very clean and it smells amazing. And to be honest the hygienist, Christina that cleaned and flossed my teeth was heaven sent. She is the first person to ever be gentle and kind while cleaning and flossing my teeth. I am happy this is the office I was referred to. Thank you guys!

Amazing experience!! I have been dealing with severe jaw pain for years but was too scared to go to the dentist and worried it would just be brushed off. When I got there, the environment was so inviting and Westin was so welcoming and kind!! She spoke to the other patients in the office like she was truly happy to help them, which unfortunately is not the norm in many doctors offices. When the dental assistant Ashley took care of my x-rays and prep for the doctor she was so sweet and helped get me settled and put me at easy as she walked me through everything she was doing (picture child-like fear from a grown woman, so she was having to work for it). When Dr. Pope came in, he was so soft spoken and took his time to examine me and listen to my concerns. He explained what his plan of care/treatment would look like and gave me a renewed sense of hope that this isn’t something that I’ll just have to deal with. I’m very impressed with this office and actually looking forward to my next visit!!

Polished Family Dental is absolutely AMAZING and deserves 10+ stars!!!! I have always been such a scaredy cat about going to the dentist and these people are truly AMAZING! The minute you walk in you are treated like family and made to feel comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the receptionists is the sweetest and so helpful. Then you get the best dental work ever. Best part of all is they’re so compassionate and supportive and makes sure you have a pain free experience. They took the time to explain everything before hand which I really appreciate being nervous. You couldn’t ask for a better dentist and staff. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them. I came here for a second opinion after being skeptical about the treatment plan my previous dentist had given me. During my visit here, I discovered that I was correct and my previous dentist was being far too aggressive with my suggested treatment. I was EXTREMELY relieved to know that there were other treatment options that weren’t as aggressive as I had initially anticipated and Dr. Pope was great at explaining everything in detail. He even put my scans up on the TV screen and showed me the main areas of concern, which was awesome.The front office staff was so friendly and inviting and my dental hygienist, Kristina, did a great job despite me having so much dental anxiety. Definitely would recommend Polished Family Dental if you are in the area and looking for a new dentist or a second opinion like I was!

She even showed me a detailed breakdown of my X-rays and created a treatment plan that worked best. Polished family dental is by far the absolute best dentist office I’ve ever been to. I have dental anxiety and so as a result I hadn’t been to an office is a long time, they never once judged me and have always been so nice and reassuring. They are so easy to work with around scheduling and always makes sure I’m comfortable and know what to expect at the start of each appointment. I will never go to any other dentist office!

I’m really glad i found polished family dental.Everybody i came in contact with was very helpful & considerate. I had my teeth cleaned by Margarete & she was very gentle & informative. Eric did a great job of making me feel comfortable while taking xrays. My next visit will be with the dentist to fix an old crown. Somehow i don’t dread going to the dentist anymore.
